NOTICE TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS OF STEELCO GUJARAT LIMITED
Notice is given to all stakeholders of M/s Steelco Gujarat Limited that the Honorable National Company Tribunal Ahmedabad Bench has vide its order dated:31.12.2020 in IA No. 342 / NCLT / AHM / 2020admitted this company to Insolvency under IBC 2016. The Revise NCLT Order Is attached Dated:21.6.2022
Vide its order at Clause13 (1)the Honorable NCLT Ahmedabad has declared moratorium for filing or continuing any suit, proceedings etc as under:
QUOTE
Subject to provisions of sub-section (2) and (3), on the Insolvency Commencement date, the Adjudicating Authority herein declares moratorium for prohibiting all of the following viz;,
The institution of suits or continuation of pending suits or proceedings against the Corporate Debtor including execution of any judgment, decree or order in any Court of Law, Tribunal, Arbitration Panel or other Authority.
Transferring, encumbering, alienating or disposing of by the Corporate Debtor, any of its assets or any legal right or beneficial interest therein;
Any action to foreclose, recover or enforce any security interest created by the Corporate Debtor in respect of its property including any action under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (54 of 2002);g
The recovery of any property by an owner as lessor where such property is occupied by or in the possession of the Corporate Debtor.
